"Rio" Style DIY HeadPiece

DIY "RIO" STYLE HEADPIECE
INSPIRATION: 


What You'll Need



. Cheap plastic headband 50 cents /1$ 
. Glitter floral accent pieces(Michael's Crafts)and/or feathers $1.50 each

. Wire Cutters


. Rhinestones

. And of course a hot glue gun
First Step: Arrange and cut your floral accents to fit on your headband
Second Step: Put a drop of hot glue on your headband and place your glittery "twig" in it:Hold in place until glue is cool
Third Step:Continue placing all of your twigs or feathers until you get the desired and beautiful look you want>I added just a couple rhinestones to hide some of the glue
Finally:Try it on! make sure it stays up straight. IF NOT, try adding a piece of elastic around the bottom to hold it on your head.Or even a comb

Overall Cost$$ ....About 8 Dollars! WOW

Lights! Camera! Costume!

  Halloween is coming up and while so many people are trying to figure out what costume to buy of course I'm over here MAKING mine. There's just so much more you can do when you make home made costumes. Yes this takes time but the outcome is a one-of-a-kind SPECTACULAR show stopper. This year...........Mermaid!!! There's so many ways you can do a mermaid costume and I'm definitely going over the top Sparkles. Lets just say Ru-Paul would approve. HA I'll be posting pics of certain materials I'll be using so stay tuned!
